1. General Refund Policy
Digital Products Nature
Since our products are digital gift cards and vouchers that are delivered instantly via email, they are generally considered non-refundable once delivered successfully. This is in accordance with consumer protection laws for digital goods.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical error resulting in duplicate charges
- Gift card code is invalid or non-functional
- Wrong product delivered due to our error
- Non-delivery within 48 hours of payment confirmation
- Fraudulent transaction (subject to investigation)
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Delivery
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of payment for instant delivery products
- Orders can be cancelled before processing for standard delivery products
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone
- Full refund will be Credited within 2 -5 business days
After Delivery
- Digital products cannot be cancelled once delivered
- Exception: If the product is defective or non-functional
- Cancellation due to change of mind is not accepted
3. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide order number and reason for refund request
- Submit relevant proof if claiming product defect
- Wait for our team to review your request
- Receive confirmation and refund processing details
Refund credited timeframe
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 2-3 business days
- Digital Wallets: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Gift card already redeemed or partially used
- Expiry of gift card due to delayed usage
- Loss of gift card code after delivery
- Inability to use gift card due to geographical restrictions
- Third-party platform issues beyond our control
- Requests made after 30 days of purchase
5. Exchange Policy
Product Exchange
We do not offer direct product exchanges for digital gift cards. However, we may consider the following on a case-by-case basis:
- Wrong denomination delivered due to technical error
- Wrong brand gift card delivered due to our mistake
- Gift card for wrong region/country delivered
Store Credit
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer store credit instead of cash refunds. Store credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for 12 months.
6. Payment Gateway Refunds
Cashfree Payment Gateway
All payments are processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway. Refunds are initiated through the same gateway and reflected in the original payment method.
Failed Transactions
- Failed transactions are automatically refunded within 24-48 hours
- If money is deducted but order fails, contact us immediately
- Provide transaction reference number for quick resolution
7. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank/card issuer:
- Contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We will provide transaction evidence to payment processors
- Resolved through proper channels to avoid disputes
8. Bulk Order Refunds
For bulk orders (orders above ₹10,000):
- Special refund terms may apply
- Longer processing time may be required
- Partial refunds may be considered for unused portions
